60 SECOND CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
So simple and tastes just as good as the mousse you fuss with for hours.

1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla or tbsp. favorite liqueur
1 c. heavy cream

Place chocolate, egg yolks and flavoring in blender. Scald cream until little bubbles form around edge (Do Not Boil). With blender running, pour in hot cream. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into serving glasses (I used wine glasses) and cover. Chill several hours.
