SPICY CAJUN SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. beer, at room temperature
1 lg. tomato, diced
3 c. cooked rice, optional

In small bowl combine all dry seasonings. Combine butter, garlic, Worcestershire in a large skillet over high heat. Add seasonings. When butter is melted, add tomato and then the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly. Add the beer and cover, cooking 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Serve immediately. May be served over rice.
