SPICY CAJUN SHRIMP 
1 lb. med. shrimp
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme leaves
1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. beer, room temp.
1 c. diced tomato
3 c. cooked rice

Clean and devein shrimp. Drain well, then set aside. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings. Combine butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning mixture in large skillet over high heat. When butter is melted, add tomato, then shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly. Add beer and cover. Cook one more minute. Remove from heat, serve over rice. This dish is hot.
