SPINACH SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup

I measure ingredients into 2 cup measuring cup and whisk until well blended. Dressing keeps well!

For salad, I use either fresh spinach or Swiss chard, hard boiled eggs, and crisp fried bacon. We like green onions in ours. Some people like bean sprouts or water chestnuts. This makes a very refreshing and filling salad.
