SPINACH SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2-1 whole red onion, chopped

Blend first 4 ingredients with French whip. Add chopped onion. Chill overnight for best flavor. Serve over spinach salad topped with sliced hard boiled eggs and bacon bits. Makes approximately 1 cup dressing.
