PARMESAN DRESSING 
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. Rhine or other white dinner wine
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 raw eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all in mixing bowl. Beat with rotary beater until well blended or whirl in an electric blender. Use immediately or store in refrigerator in a covered jar. Beat well just before serving. Good on tossed greens or mixed vegetable salad.
