SPINACH SALAD DRESSING 
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar, granulated
1/2 c. vinegar, apple cider

Place beaten egg in sauce pan. Add sugar and vinegar. Cook until it comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve warm over spinach. Top with sliced green onions, bacon crumbles, and chopped hard boiled egg. For something different top the spinach with strawberries, apple chunks and or mandarin oranges. Then sprinkle with celery seeds. This dressing can also be used for german potato salad. Add 2 tablespoons bacon drippings to the boiled red potatoes that have been sliced, Add sliced green onions and chopped bacon crumbles.
