1 box vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pie filling
Foil cupcake papers

Mix together sugar and cheese. Add one egg at a time. Add vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper. Fill 1/2 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely and top with pie filling.
