2 (8 oz.) cream cheese pkg.
1/2-2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
Vanilla wafers
Cupcake holders

Mix the above ingredients and beat until creamy. Fill each cupcake cup with 1 vanilla cookie. Fill 1/2-3/4 way to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
