MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafers

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Put cupcake liners in 12 muffin pan. Put 1 wafer in each cupcake liner. Pour filling over each wafer, 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Chill. Top with pie filling, fruit, etc. Makes 12 cheese cakes.
