NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES 
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water

Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl in exactly the order given above. When last ingredients has been added, mix them together. Then, beat well. Line a muffin pan with cupcake papers and fill each paper about 2/3 full. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean form center of cupcake. Makes 18 cupcakes.
