CHOCOLATE NEVER FAIL CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Mix all the ingredients in one bowl. Flour and grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Put into pan and bake in a 350 degree oven. Roughly about 30 minutes or when cake tester comes out clean. Bakes to a nice dark chocolate. Frost with cocoa cream frosting on the back panel of the Hershey's cocoa can.
