MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 dozen vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Combine all ingredients except wafers and pie filling. Beat until smooth. Put cupcake liners in cupcake pan. Put wafer in bottom of each paper. Put in cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. When done, top with dash of cherry pie filling.
