MICROWAVE JAM 
2 c. fruit, diced or crushed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave, full power, 13 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Pour in clear sterilized jars and refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
