EGGS AND CHIP DISH 
8 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all but last 2 ingredients thoroughly but lightly, so as not to break the eggs. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese. Top with chips.

Bake at 375°F until heated through.
