1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges (juice also)

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges; beat well. Pour in 3 layer pans.

Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely and frost.

Frosting:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut

Mix ingredients.
