1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges and juice

Beat thoroughly together (makes 4 layers). Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done. Cool completely.

Frosting:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) box lemon instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together and frost cooled cake.
