HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1 c. cooked, cubed ham
1/4 tsp. minced chives
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Shredded processed cheese

Cook broccoli in salt water until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Butter casserole dish and arrange broccoli in bottom. Combine ham and remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour over broccoli and bake in covered dish for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove cover, top with shredded cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
