BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. white sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Butter

Steam broccoli until tender. Place in 9 x 13 inch dish. Saute mushrooms in butter until soft. Add to broccoli. Mix white sauce and Cheddar cheese. Add to broccoli and mushrooms; mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
