LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs

ICING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 lemons

Mix all together and beat well with electric mixer for 10 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

While baking. Mix 1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar and the juice of 2 lemons. When cake is done, remove from pan and ice top of cake with mixture while cake is hot.
