MISS P.'S PINEAPPLE SUPREME CAKE 
8 oz. pineapple slivers
4 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
9 beaten egg yolks
2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cognac
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. shredded coconut

In blender, cream butter; add sugar, add egg yolks, add vanilla, add cognac, add flour, add salt. When battered, pour into 9-inch baking pans. Bake until brown in 350 degree oven about 1 hour until brown.

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
8 egg whites, beaten until stiff
1/2 c. cream

On cake layer icing, coconut, pineapple, and icing.
