CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. American cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped pecans
10 stuffed olives, cut finely
1/8 tsp. red pepper, I put more
1/4 tsp. sugar

This is how the recipe reads. Put a little garlic powder and a little Worcestershire sauce and more red pepper and taste to see how hot it is. You want it to be a little hot. If you have some different cheese, I put it in. Mix all ingredients. Makes 2 balls and roll in chopped pecans. Then roll in a mixture of chili powder and paprika. You can freeze these indefinitely.
