VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Veg-All, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
1 c. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix above ingredients together; top with Ritz crackers and 1/2 stick butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
