BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 medium onion, grated
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and simmer over low heat until mixture is thick. Store in refrigerator until use.
