BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, cook and drain
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cook and drain
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz

Saute celery and onions in butter. Add soups, cheese, and broccoli. Line casserole dish with rice and pour mixture over it. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May be refrigerated or frozen and reheated later.
