CHICKEN--BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped or spears
4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut in pieces
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Cooked rice for 6 servings

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain well. Spread cooked rice in a baking dish. Place broccoli on top of rice. Place chicken over broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with cranberry sauce and pineapple or other fruit.
