BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts, cooked
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked or 1 pkg. frozen
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Bread crumbs for top
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (1 c.)

Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese. Pour over chicken and broccoli in casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour or until bubbly. (Serves 4-6.)
