CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 whole boned chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder

Cook chicken. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook broccoli. Arrange broccoli in greased casserole dish. Top with chicken pieces. Mix soup with evaporated milk, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
