BEEF TENDERLOIN STEAK 
Fillet tips
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Dijon mustard

Combine butter and Worcestershire Sauce until hot over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until tender. Flatten steaks with a mallet and spread mustard on each piece. Cook in pan to desired doneness. Put mushrooms over steak when serving. Serves 4.
