1 whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1 lg. box Stove Top Dressing or double box of Betty Crocker

Cook chicken, remove bones, put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook broccoli, drain and put over chicken in pan. Mix soups and cheese (heat to dissolve cheese). Pour over broccoli. Prepare dressing according to directions on box, put over top of other ingredients. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
