1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. cake flour - important
1/4 tsp. salt
2 boxes powdered sugar
3/4 to 1 c. cold water
Flavor and tint as desired

Cream the Crisco, cake flour, and salt. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cold water. Flavor and tint as desired. This is enough to decorate a 3 layer cake.
