GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can green peas
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 med. cucumber, chopped
1 sm. pimento, chopped (optional)
Pinch of garlic salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or sour cream

Mix all ingredients thoroughly being sure vegetables are well coated. Garnish with parsley. 4 generous servings.
