OATMEAL PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. oatmeal
2/3 c. dark Karo syrup
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and let cool. Mix together sugar, eggs, butter, oatmeal, syrup, salt and vanilla. Pour into 9-inch pastry crust. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
