PAM'S LAZY (BUT YUMMY!) TUNA
CASSEROLE
 
SO EASY and DELICIOUS!! Perfect for a crazy busy weeknight.

2 (6 oz. ea.) boxes Shells with White Cheddar Pasta (Fancy Macaroni & Cheese Dinner)
1 cup frozen peas (may substitute broccoli)
1 or 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna (Albacore is best, but any will do)
milk and butter as called for on back of pasta box

Prepare pasta according to package instructions, adding butter and milk as called for.

Boil peas for about 1 minute separately. Add tuna when you add milk and sauce packet to pasta. When done, let stand to thicken, and add peas last.

Variation: May also add a little lemon juice and bread crumbs or French's fried onion topping. Can also do this as a baked casserole.
