LAZY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chilies, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with chopped onion. Mix soup, milk and drained chilies in bowl. Add meat and onion. Cut tortillas into quarters, grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 1 layer of tortillas (1/2 package) then 1/2 meat mixture, the rest of tortillas and the meat mixture. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake 1/2 at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese browns.
