ROASTED BONELESS PORK CHOPS WITH
APPLES AND CREAM
 
8 (4 oz.) boneless pork chops
1 lg. red apple, cored and diced
1/2 c. heavy cream

Cook pork chops until no longer pink inside and temperature reads about 160°F (about 45 minutes, depending upon thickness of chops).

APPLESAUCE MIXTURE:

Heat:

1 cup applesauce

Add:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. Applejack Brandy

Mix and add:

2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

to applesauce mixture. Whisk and bring to a simmer.

Add apples and cream, simmer for 4 minutes. Cover pork chops with sauce and serve.
