APPLE STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. seedless golden raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
6 butterfly cut pork chops, thick cut
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine bread cubes, apples, cheese and raisins; sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Add orange juice and butter, stir until bread cubes are coated.

Season pork chops to taste; stuff with bread mixture; place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.

It is good but I'd suggest cooking 40 minutes covered (turning over halfway through or they dry out), then uncover for 20 minutes. I also used apple juice instead of orange. The stuffing is really tasty!
