MARY'S TACO SAUCE 
1 gal. tomatoes, chopped
5 tbsp. dry minced onions
2 tsp. dry minced garlic
1 tbsp. crushed red peppers
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Dip and peel fresh tomatoes then chop or crush. Mix with following ingredients and heat to boiling. Pack jars and seal. Water bath 15 minutes or pressure 10 pounds for 20 minutes.
