1 doz. tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
4 boiled potatoes, mashed
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder

Brown ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. When cooked add mashed potatoes and mix well. Pour this meat mixture over tortillas that have been prepared - as you like them. Serve with hot sauce - or your own recipe.

HOT SAUCE:

1 can green chopped chilies
1 sm. can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix chilies, tomatoes, salt and pepper and pour over tacos. Serve with grated cheese and shredded lettuce on top.
