PECAN TREAT 
1 lb. pecans or 4 cups

Beat 1 egg white until frothy with 1 tablespoon water. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cloves and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Pour over nuts. Mix well so all are coated. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Stir every 10 minutes. Cool well.
