FINNISH PAN CAKE 
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar (or to taste about 3 tbsp.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter in 15 x 11 inch baking pan. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add milk, flour 1/2 the amount at a time. Add rest of ingredients using half of the melted butter. Pour into baking pan.

Bake in hot 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
