PLUM RUM JAM | |
3 1/2 c. lg. red plums (about 16 lg.) 1/2 c. lemon juice 7 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 bottle pectin 1/4 c. rum Crush fruit in blender. Add sugar and bring to boil. Simmer, covered 5-10 minutes. Stir often. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in pectin, then rum. Stir to cool for 5 minutes. |
