PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
4 whole eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple (No. 1 flat can with juice)

Cream butter; add sugar and flour and eggs. Beat until smooth. Add pineapple. Stir well. Pour in pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
