CARROT PINEAPPLE LOAF 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated carrots
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix all together. Bake in 2 loaf pans, greased and floured 1 hour at 350 degrees or until well done.
