CARROT BREAD LOAF 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. grated carrot
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in carrots. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into carrot mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
