1 c. butter (less 2 tbsp.)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. cornflakes

Cream sugar and butter. Mix flour, soda and cream of tartar; stir into creamed mixture. Last stir in cornflakes well. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
