ENCHILADA SQUARES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. green chili

Brown meat, onion and chili; drain fat. Add rest of ingredients.

4 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. enchilada seasoning
1/3 c. black olives
Corn chips
Grated cheese

Layer chips, meat sauce, olives, chips and so on. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Place layer of cheese and olives on top, last 5 minutes of baking.
