STUFFED BREAD | |
1 loaf french bread 1 1/2 c. of sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 c. onion (green) Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese or Mozzarella cheese You may use 1 cup of mushrooms and onions if you wanted bread more cheesier. Your choice of cheese, you may use one or all. Slice bread, and butter in between. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Melt your cheeses then add mushrooms and onions to cheese. Stir all together to make a thick mixture. Spread the mixture in between each slice of bread. Wrap in Reynolds wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown to your likeness. And good eating. |
