VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 green pepper
1 med. size onion
1 sm. squash
1 ear fresh corn, or sm. can corn
1 med. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. oil

Cut vegetables in French style slices. Saute pepper and onion for about 3 minutes. Add all ingredients and cook about 15 minutes or until tender. May be thickened with a little flour water. Season to taste.
