1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, nuts, melted butter and 1 egg; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese, 3 eggs and powdered sugar; put on top of other mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes, until brown on top. Cool and cut into squares.
